Face those fears that your anxiety tells you are too much! We all have things that we avoid due to our anxiety. Our anxiety tells us that’s too much to handle, but did you know this is actually making the anxiety worse!? Yep! When we avoid things our brain says, “Whew! 😅 Thank goodness we avoided that or it would have been really bad!” So the next time this situation is presented we feel like we must again avoid.
